Business Information Services Library (BiSL) is a framework with underpinning best practices in the functional management domain, focusing on Information management within the user organization, gathered from information systems. BiSL has close connections with ICT in company processes. To many people this specific connection with the surrounding domains is not quite clear and understandable. After this two-day course (with an optional 3rd exam day) you are able to put the context of the BiSL framework into words and understand the mutual relationship between functional -, technical - and application management (BiSL, ITIL, ASL). You will have better understanding of the BiSL framework and internal coherence of the processes.
Outline
The course is given byan experienced BiSL trainer, who guides you through the course material and prepares you for the Exin exam. Integrated exercises are a standard part of the interactive course. Exam preparation is optional if the exam is requested as
part of the course. The exam specifications are issued by Exin and offer you an acknowledged EXIN certification.
The BiSL Foundation exam assays the theoretic base knowledge of functional management within the user organization.
