The instructors name is Tanika Biggs, who has a Jamaican and St.lucian heritage and has been dancing all her life. Attending her first Caribbean carnival at 4 years old, now 23 years old Tanika knows how to work her waistline & bring you the best caribbean

Vybz Fitnatixs is a dance company based in London who specialise in Afro-Caribbean dance such as whining & twerking. The term Vybz is a word used to describe having a good time, enjoying life no matter what, and most importantly enjoying your freedom.
